iChat AV: YOUR BUDDY DOESN'T NEED A CAMERA

If your buddy doesn't have a camera connected, but you do, you can still have a one-way video chat. That way, your buddy gets to see and hear you on their end. The only downsideyou don't get to see them, but that's what you get for having friends that are too cheap to buy an iSight camera. Here's how it works: Click on your buddy's name in the Buddy List (they're probably named something like "El Cheapo" or "Save-a-buck," etc.), and then go under the Buddy menu and choose Invite to One-Way Video Chat. Again, they'll see and hear you, but not the other way around. Well, technically, if they have a microphone built into their Mac (it's an iMac, eMac, PowerBook, iBook, etc.), then you'll be able to hear them, too, but with your buddy being so cheap, they probably have a Mac mini, dontchathink?
