iPhoto: CHANGING FONTS IN BOOK MODE

If you're creating a book in Book mode, you can edit the font used in any page by highlighting the text (by double-clicking on it) and then Control-clicking on it. In the contextual menu that appears, click on Font, and then choose Show Fonts. Now you can set the font, size, style, and color of your choice using the Font panel.
