DVD Player: CONTROLLER MAXIMUS (THE HIDDEN CONTROLS)

If you're wondering whether DVD Player is missing some DVD functionality, you're only half right. It does have the ability to access DVD controls, such as slow motion, subtitling, camera angles, language, etc., but for the sake of space considerations, they're tucked away. To bring these buttons into view, double-click on the little vertical gray lines on the right center of the Player, and the Player will expand to show two additional rows of buttons. If that's too much work, press Command-] (Right Bracket key) to show/hide the options.
