TextEdit: CAN'T THINK OF THE RIGHT WORD? TRY THIS

TextEdit has a very cool feature that can help you out of a word logjam or spelling mishap. As you're typing, when you come to a word you're not sure how to spell, or you can't quite remember the word you want to use, take a stab at it by typing the first few letters, then press F5 on your keyboard. A pop-up menu will appear with a list of the words TextEdit thinks you might be trying to conjure up. All you have to do is click on the word that looks right, and it's entered into your document.
