If you're scheduling a meeting, you can have iCal send out an email invitation to the people you want to attend. Start by adding your meeting to your calendar. Then, go under the Window menu and choose Address Book. This brings up your Address Book. Just drag-and-drop the people you want to invite right onto the Attendees section in the Info panel. When you're ready to send your invitations, click on the Send button at the bottom-right corner of the Info panel, and they're on their way! (Note: This only works if you have each attendee's email address in your Address Book, so make sure you do first.) |
