Address Book: GETTING VCARDS OUT FAST

Getting a vCard out of Address Book got much easier in Tiger. Just go to the contact you want, and when you're there, if you look up in the Address Book's title bar, right before the words "Address Book," you'll see a little rectangular icon. That's a "mini vCard." There are two ways to use it: (1) If you hold the Option key, click on it, wait just a second, then drag it out to your desktop, it makes a freestanding vCard for whatever contact is highlighted in the Name column. You can then attach it to email, send it to friends, etc. (2) If you don't hold the Option keyyou just click-and-drag it to your desktopit creates an alias to that Address Book contact. Either way, the choice is yours: to Option-pause or not to Option-pause.
