THREADING SHORTCUT

If you have your email organized by threads (under the View menu), there's a nice, simple keyboard shortcut for opening and closing the threads. Just click on the thread to highlight it, then press the Right Arrow key on your keyboard to open the thread, and the Left Arrow key to close it.
