GETTING INTERNATIONAL WEATHER

If you want to get the weather for an international city (like Tokyo, Japan), you can just click on the tiny "i" icon that appears in the Dashboard Weather widget when you mouse over its bottom-right corner. Now in the City, State or ZIP Code field, just type the name of the city (in this case "Tokyo"), then press the Return key. A menu with a list of possible matches will appear. Choose Tokyo, Japan, and then press Return again. Now you'll have the current weather for Tokyo. Note: The zone you set in your preferences may affect how this works. Also, if you have cookies disabled in Safari, the AccuWeather.com site may not save your default location.
