FIND SPEED TIP: FIND IT AND CLOSE THE RESULTS WINDOW FAST!If you use Mac OS X's built-in Find function (Command-F) to find and open a file (instead of the Spotlight dialog), you can save yourself time by having the Find function automatically close the Searching window for you, as soon as your document opens. All you have to do is hold the Option key as you double-click on the file to launch it, and the Searching window will close immediately, saving you from having to close it manually later. ©SCOTT KELBY |
