SEE INFO ON ALL FIVE RESULTS AT ONCE

If you want to see the info on each of the top five results in the Spotlight dialog, just Option-click on any of the little "i" icons in that category (without the file selected). If you've displayed all the results in a particular category by clicking on the "28 more" button (or whatever the number is) at the bottom of the section, you can use this same Option-click trick to see the info displayed on all of the files (it might take a little time scrolling to see them all, but luckily you can use the Up/Down Arrow keys on your keyboard to up and down the list). Just Option-click on the icon again (it'll switch to an arrow icon) to see the normal list without the info.
