SEEING YOUR CURVES UP CLOSE

For some weird reason, the trendy thing to do now is to use a monitor display setting that makes your icons so small, it's really just about a blind guess as to which program or file you're clicking (or double-clicking) on. This becomes more of a problem when you're doing a Curves adjustment, because the dialog that once looked so huge at 640x480 pixels now looks tiny at 1280x960. But fear not: Adobe added a tiny, innocent-looking button at the bottom right-hand corner of the Curves dialog, and when you click on it, it gives you a significantly larger version of Curves so you can finally see what you're doing. By the way, if your menus are so small you can't read them, this will helpthe keyboard shortcut for Curves is Command-M (PC: Control-M). Sorry, that last part was sass. Total sass. Mega-sass. I feel really bad about it.
