There have always been two ways to get to Full Screen Modeyou either knew the hidden keyboard shortcut (f, f, then tab) or you clicked on the third icon near the bottom of the Toolbox (but that still didn't hide the palettes; you had to know to press the Tab key to do that). Well, in Photoshop CS it's gotten easier because the different screen modes are now found by going under the View menu, under Screen Mode. However, even though choosing Full Screen Mode does hide the menu bar, it doesn't hide the palettes. You still have to press the Tab key for that. |
