CUSTOM BRUSHES DON T HAVE TO BE SQUARE ANYMORE

CUSTOM BRUSHES DON'T HAVE TO BE SQUARE ANYMORE

In all previous versions of Photoshop, if you wanted to create your own custom brush, there was only one methoddraw a square selection around the object that you wanted to become your custom brush, and then choose Define Brush under the Edit menu. In 7.0, Adobe took the chains off, and now not only can you use irregular selections to define a brush shape (like our baby brush here), you can also even use feathered selections. When the Brush Name dialog appears, name your brush and click OK. Your new brush will be added to the bottom of your Brushes palette.
