Summary

Chapter 13 covered Microsoft's Encrypting File System. It described how EFS appears to the end user and how it works behind the scenes. EFS best practices were covered, including ensuring that an EFS recovery policy is enabled before EFS is used. Chapter 14 will begin a two-chapter discussion of group policy by covering each default group policy setting in detail.
