Setting Up EFS

Here are the basic steps to enable EFS in a stand-alone or domain environment:

1. Turn off until an EFS recovery policy has been enabled.

2. Set up a recovery policy.

3. Educate end users and administrators.

4. Enable EFS (globally, on servers, etc.).
