During migration, geese encounter and overcome many natural obstacles such as predators and weather disturbances, as well as many man-made obstacles.
"When a goose gets sick, wounded, or shot down, two geese drop out of formation and follow it down to help and protect it. They stay with it until it dies or is able to fly again. Then, they launch out with another formation or catch up with the flock." The lesson we can learn is to stand by and help each other in good and in bad times (Clark, 2000).
Organizations need strategies to deal with obstacles and may, in some cases, need to revise their strategies in order to be successful.
