In this chapter, we've seen how much easier the life of the SMS administrator can become when the appropriate collections have been created, updated, and evaluated. Good collections, like properly configured Windows NT groups, can facilitate other SMS management activities, such as accessing clients for remote control, targeting clients for package distribution, troubleshooting remote clients, and so on. Chapter 12 will build on this management theme as we begin our examination of the package distribution capabilities of SMS 2.0.
