Finding Specific Types of Files

If you want to find certain files that match specific criteria, you can conduct a search, save the search, and then just open the saved search to see the updated results.

Save and Reuse a Search

Set up and conduct an advanced search to find the specific types of files you want.

Click Save Search.

Name and save the search.

The next time you want the results of the search using the same search parameters, click Searches in the Favorite Links section, and double-click the Search folder to see the updated results.

Conduct an advanced search and save it. Click the Searches link in the Favorite Links list. In the Search folder, locate your search and drag it onto the Favorite Links list. Now you can click the link whenever you want to see the updated results of the search.
