Mass E-mail

This function allows you to send an e-mail to your Forums module users; I recommend using PHP-Nuke's Newsletter module instead (covered in Topic 49, "Sending an e-Newsletter"). The Newsletter module ain't great, but the Forums module's Mass E-mail function isn't appreciably better.
