Chapter 56. Managing Forums Settings

The Forums module comes with several general administration areas that you'll need to configure. However, most of these are one-time settings, meaning you can configure them and then forget them. You'll find the various general administration sections on the Forums module's main administration screen, under the General Admin section on the left side.
