Chapter 45. Administering Content

In Topic 12, "Using the Content Module," I covered basic content administration and usage. In this chapter, I review administration and go a bit further in detail with it, and help you develop some strategies for using the content in your site. Remember that the Content and Sections modules are the only two places where you can keep categorized content long term; the News module is designed to rotate older content into a monthly archive, which is more difficult to access by topic or category. Also, since the Sections module is being phased out of PHP-Nuke (to my disappointment; see Topic 67, "Last-Minute Changes," for details), the Content module will be your main place for long-term content storage.
