PP07S-4.3.6 You can save PowerPoint presentations in a number of formats so that many different programs can access them. For example, you might want to save a presentation slide as a Web graphic image in the .jpg or .gif format to use in a Web page that you can view in a Web browser. Or you can save a presentation slide as a graphic image that you can open in a graphics editor. When you're saving presentation slides, PowerPoint asks if you want to save the current slide only or all the slides in your presentation, which can be a big timesaver.
