I have a client database in Access and I need to send out a letter

All of my personal addresses are in Outlook, can I use this data to make a form letter

Can I sort my data by zip code

Before I start printing, can I view my document to make sure the merge worked

I need to print out mailing labels with my merged data

Can I print directly onto an envelope

Am I able to create an e-mail message using Word

The signature I added didn't work

Is there a way that I can send my document without faxing it
