Use text styles , which store text formatting settings, to ensure your text formatting is consistent in all your publications. After creating a text style in a publication, you can import the style to other publications. Create a New Style by Example -

| Enter a name for the new style. | -
| Click each of the formatting options, and then change the formatting settings for the new style. | -

| Select the text or text frame to which you want to apply a style. | -
| Click the Style list arrow on the Formatting toolbar. | -
| Select a style. | Delete a Style -
| Click the Format menu, and then click Styles And Formatting. | -
| Point to the style you want to remove, and then click the list arrow next to it. | -
| Click Delete. | -
| Click Yes to confirm that you want to delete the style. | -

| Click the Format menu, and then click Styles and Formatting. | -

| Double-click the publication that contains the styles you want to import. | -
