I know you did what I said at the beginning of the book and turned off Fast Saves. Bryan did, too. Unfortunately, the company president didn't. So, when Bryan got back the review copies, each one the president had opened and changed had increased in size .
One problem with Fast Saves is other people reviewing the presentations are probably going to have it turned on. What can you do? You can train them to turn it off, but this isn't always going to help. So, if the file size has suddenly grown during review time, re-save it with a new name just to be sure.
When Bryan re-saved the presentations using File ’ Save As on his machine, the size on each decreased. Unfortunately, they didn't become quite as small as they were when they left his computer for review. This was because the changes made by the president had not been processed .
