Management Methodologies

I like to push people outside their comfort zone to places they have never been before. In addition, the longer they stay outside, the more comfortable they become and therefore, their comfort zone grows. Constantly expanding their experiences and knowledge allows each person to achieve more in less time and provide greater value to our customers. The result of that falls directly to the bottom line.

I would say my management style is fair and people-oriented; I am demanding and direct, yet very flexible. One of my weaknesses is that I am sometimes too quick to judge a situation, and I am working on that. Greg and I believe that if we can help others achieve their goals, they will ultimately help us achieve ours.

When our company is experiencing a period of substantial growth, we focus on paying close attention to employee burnout and morale. We want to push people outside their comfort zone but not to the point of breaking. Conversely, during lean times my management style shifts slightly as well, with the same attention to employee morale and increased communication. We offer the assurance that the company and our value proposition will remain very strong.
