Valuing Customer Insights


Maintaining a close working relationship with customers is a vital way to develop additional profit centers; the inside knowledge they provide can be invaluable in growing your business. We work very closely with our customers. They are an important source of information. We listen to their requests and try to understand their problems. We look for trends, common themes and needs that they continually bring up. Then, when we recognize an opportunity, we react quickly because we want to be the first in the marketplace to offer a solution for that need. At Paisley Consulting, each client has an In-Charge or Project Manager assigned to their account. It is the role of the Project Manager to maintain communication with the client. The Project Manager becomes the face of Paisley Consulting for that client. They give the client a single person with whom they can develop a personal relationship. In the early stages of an implementation the Project Manager and the client will likely have daily interaction. They build a strong working relationship, and as time goes on, it is easy for the client to talk to their Project Manager about their issues and needs. Information from the Project Managers is collected and reviewed by senior management. We look for common requests and trends across clients .

In the early years of implementing our audit software, we heard consistent requests for improved reporting capabilities. The native reporting functionality that came with our platform was not very flexible. We then set out to resolve this issue for our clients. We tested every reporting tool we could find on the market. We implemented a couple of them with clients to see if they would meet their needs, but found all of them to be lacking in one way or another. None of them were easy to use. We recognized this as an opportunity and decided to build our own reporting tool. Today, we sell SNAP Reporter as an integral part of all of our solutions.
