Many of our products and services complement each other. Training, customization and consulting services are sold with the software. So you cant always judge the success of a product based on its initial revenue alone. It is important to look at the overall impact on the organization. Training may or may not be a huge profit center for us, but without the ability to offer on-site training, we would have a difficult time selling our software products, and that would impact the consulting and customization sales. So we evaluate the overall set. Any given product or service is evaluated for its contribution in terms of revenue, but also in terms of influencing the sales of other products or services. If the product or service fits well and complements our suite of offerings, then it is likely to be deemed a success.
