Snapshot

Snapshots allow you to save a picture of your drill at a particular level of detail or point within your exploration. BusinessObjects inserts a new report tab with the drill selections as section headers. To create a snapshot, use the pull-down menu to select Analysis | Snapshot. Figure 19-4 shows an example of a snapshot. Note in the Slice and Dice Panel that the drill selections are converted to section headings with the same filters.

Note 

If you insert a special field with your drill selections prior to creating a snapshot, the snapshot will contain an extraneous empty cell.
