Within a BusinessObjects document, you can format individual report components ranging from a single cell to an entire block or a section. You can format the different report areas using the formatting toolbar for common format changes. If you want to modify multiple formats at once, you may choose to use the formatting pull-down menus that display the full range of possible formats. When you develop a particular format or style that most effectively presents a report, you can save these styles as a standard report style or as a template to reuse in other documents.
