Emptying the Contents of the Trash

If you are absolutely sure that you want to permanently delete files that you have sent to the Trash, then you can empty the Trash. Keep in mind that once these files have been emptied, they are gone for good.

1. Position your mouse pointer over the Trash icon on the desktop.

2. Right-click on the Trash . A menu will appear.

3. Click on Empty Trash Bin . The files in the Trash will be permanently deleted.
