Systems Assurance Review—Each Review Phase:

  1. Systems presents a phase review of a given project to the user attended by Systems Assurance.

  2. Documentation appropriate to the development phase is reviewed and additional input is provided by Systems when requested.

  3. Findings and recommendations are drafted by Systems Assurance.

  4. Draft is given to Systems for review.

  5. Systems Assurance meets with Systems to discuss and correct report where required. Unresolved differences are brought to the attention of progressive levels of authority within MIS for resolution.

  6. The report is formally issued to MIS management.

  7. Systems drafts plans for implementation of recommendations and indicates recommendations that will be deferred or are considered impractical to implement as previously agreed.

  8. Draft is given to Systems Assurance for review.

  9. Systems Assurance meets with Systems to resolve differences and finalize report.

  10. Report is issued with signatures from both parties.
