Obtaining the Sample Files

The examples used in this chapter are included with the sample files available for this book from http://www.daveandal.net/books/8900/. You can also run many of them online at the same URL. You'll find a default.htm menu page, as shown in Figure 7-1, in the folder named data-binding :

Some of the examples require a connection to a database. We've provided a Microsoft Access .mdb database file and two SQL scripts to create the database in SQL Server. These files, and instructions on creating the database, are included in the data-binding/database folder.
