The recordNumber Property


The recordNumber Property

The recordNumber property is used with data binding in the Internet Explorer (see "The dataFld , dataFormatAs , and dataSrc Properties" in this chapter and Chapter 17 for more on data binding), and gives you the current record number when you're displaying multiple records. To display multiple records in a table, for example, the Internet Explorer will automatically add rows to a default table, and each row will have a different recordNumber property. You can see the support for this property in Table 5.48.
