Page 139 shows a template that you can use as the foundation for your follow-up thank you letter. You will have to tailor the letter in the following ways:

• Change the name of the group to match the name of your customer meeting. The sample letter assumes that you've played the games in the context of your Customer Advisory Board.

• Change the reference to the meeting frequency. The sample letter assumes a quarterly meeting of the Customer Advisory Board.
