Using ResinProjectWizard

Now let's walk through how to use the ResinProjectWizard to create a new Resin project. Click on File, New, then Project to bring up the New Project dialog. Click on the Java entry listed on left side of the dialog. The click should reveal one or more wizards on the right of the dialog, one of which is Java Resin project as shown in Figure C.2

Now, either double-click on the Java Resin project entry or single click on the entry and press Next. Either operation will bring up the dialog in Figure C.3 Enter a name for your project in the Project name edit line. As you type in the name of the project, the directory where the project will be stored is displayed in the second edit control. By default, the dialog will choose the /workspace directory of the Eclipse installation. If you want to manually enter a specific directory, remove the check in the Use default checkbox, and then enter your own directory path.

Click on the Next button to move to the next dialog. The next dialog is shown in Figure C.4 and allows specific Java settings to be added to the project.

The Java Settings dialog includes options for adding paths for the source, additional projects, any additional libraries needed by the projects, and finally the order of the projects and libraries. Once you've added any changes, click on Finish.
