Connect to Remote Site

After double-checking your files, you're ready to place them on your remote site. Since you already entered the remote site's address details back in Chapter 1, you're ready to connect. (See extra bits on page 137.)

Unless you have an always-on connection to the Internet, activate your computer's dial-up connection now.

The Status dialog box appears briefly as Dreamweaver negotiates the connection to your Web site.

You're ready to upload your files.
