Before joining Cisco Systems, Brad worked as a senior network engineer for EDS. His experience at EDS included assistance in the design and implementation of EDS's global IP network as well as the creation of new EDS IP service offerings. Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering with a specialization in telecommunications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Steven Kalman is the principal officer at Esquire Micro Consultants, which operates in lecturing, writing, and consulting. He has more than 30 years of experience in data processing, with strengths in network design and implementation.
