The conventional forms of animation are frame by frame, motion tweening, guided motion tweening, and shape tweening. Frame-by-frame animation is achieved by using multiple keyframes right after each other in the Timeline. With motion tweening, you simply create the start point and endpoint with keyframes in the Timeline, then let Flash do all of the in-between frame animation for you. With shape tweening, you morph objects together from a starting shape to a totally different end shape. The start and endpoints of a shape tween must be editable. Flash supports JPEG, GIF, BMP, PNG, Macromedia FreeHand, and Adobe Illustrator files.
