Controlling Effect Parameters

Next, use a device's parameter to control an effect device. In the previous exercise you didn't actually make any CV connections to the RV-7 directly; the connections were made to the mixer channel to which the reverb was also connected. In the following exercises, you'll control some of the effect's parameters directly.

You will need to start with an empty rack. You will use the LFO of an NN19 to control the panning on a DDL-1 Digital Delay Line.

Next, load a Bright Piano patch into the NN19.

Next add the digital delay device.

Now make the required CV connections.

Next, change the speed of the auto panning.
