Selecting Spreadsheet Elements to Print

The first place to determine what gets printed in a spreadsheet is in the Page Style window on the Sheet tab, where you can include or exclude such fundamental elements as charts , graphics, and drawings.

1. With the spreadsheet open that you want to print, choose Format > Page.

2. In the Sheet tab (Figure 24-4), select the elements you want to print, and deselect the elements you don't want to print. Then click OK.
