Printing Multiple Pages With Page Preview

You can squeeze several pages of a document onto a single sheet of paper for compressed printing. In addition to these approaches, use your operating system's printing tools.

1. If you're in online layout, switch out or you won't see the Page Preview option. Choose View > Online Layout to remove the check mark next to Online Layout.

2. With a Writer document open , choose File > Page Preview. See Figure 12-3.

3. In the Page Preview object bar, click the Print Options Page View icon.

   

4. In the Print Options window, set the options you want. Use Figure 12-1 for guidance.

5. Click OK. In the Page Preview object bar, click the Print Page View icon to print the document according to the options you set for compressed printing. The Print Options window is shown in Figure 12-4.
