The Office applications provide keyboard shortcuts for undoing actions, redoing undone actions, and repeating the last action.
[Ctrl] - [Z]
Most of the Office applications support multiple levels of Undo. Each [Ctrl] - [Z] keypress undoes one action, so you can undo multiple actions by issuing the shortcut multiple times.
[Ctrl] - [Y] , [F4]
If you ve just undone an action, this shortcut redoes the action. If not, this shortcut repeats the previous action. If you re not sure which action will be redone or repeated when you issue this shortcut, display the Edit menu and check the second command, which will read Redo Delete, Repeat Typing, or a similar brief description. Outlook The redo/repeat shortcut doesn t work in Outlook.
