By revealing the information in stages, you can guide the viewer through the data.

Click slide 8 in the slide organizer to select it. This slide should contain a table.

Click the slide's title "Travel Budget."

In the Build Inspector, click Build In. Then choose the following options:
Effect: 2D Effects > Move In
Direction: Right to Left
Duration: 1.50 s

Select the table on the slide canvas.

In the Build Inspector, click Build In. Then choose the following options:
Effect: 2D Effects > Scale
Direction: Down
Delivery: By Row (This option reveals information one row at a time.)

Tip
To animate objects entering the screen, use Build In. To animate objects leaving the screen, use Build Out.
