Choose Edit > Paste to add a copy of the rounded rectangle to slide 3.

Select the bullet text block (the tip you just pasted will be partially obscuring it). Bring it to the front by choosing Arrange > Bring to Front.

Select the text of the second bullet by triple-clicking the second bullet.

Choose Edit > Cut to remove the text from your slide and place it on the clipboard; then press Delete to remove the second bullet. Send the text block to the back by choosing Arrange > Send to Back.

Double-click inside of the rounded rectangle to select all of the text.
You want to replace the text with the contents of your clipboard, but you also want to preserve the existing formatting.

Choose Edit > Paste and Match Style.

Resize the rounded rectangle as needed so the text fits and is readable.
