Chapter 9. Inserting Tables


You will often use tables on Web pages to present tabular information that is, data best presented in the form of rows and columns . You can also use tables for layoutthat is, to align text and images on the pagebut as you'll see later in the chapter, in most cases you should be using CSS for layout instead.
