The appendix contains supplementary information and attachments, material that may help your client understand your solution better, understand your differentiators, or see that you are competent to deliver. It's not a garbage can into which you should throw anything and everything that might conceivably be of interest. Instead, think of it as the section of the proposal to which the true specialist will turn to get highly specific, detailed information.
Appropriate content for the appendix might include technical specifications, additional case histories, or research studies. You can also include product brochures, annual reports, and capabilities statements for your company and/or any partners. Often the appendix is the appropriate place to put a detailed statement of work and your company's terms and conditions.
