Final Thoughts

Even if you are fairly new to scripting, try your hand at building a few simple Group Policy scripts. It won't take long before you start looking for new, more efficient ways to use your skills. Before you know it, you'll have all your Group Policy management chores rolled up into a few custom command-line tools, leaving you time to handle all the rest of your work, like answering user complaints when they don't like the policy settings within the GPOs you've deployed.

Note

When you've written and tested your own script, and it works, be sure to e-mail jeremym@moskowitz-inc,com . If you like, Jeremy will post your examples on www.GPanswers.com .
