8.4 Working with charactersTypically, it will not be the developer's responsibility to provide the translations necessary to provide NLS enablement. Once your base resource bundles and/or static files have been created, the translation process should be completed by a language expert. However, during development, you may need to include some characters that cannot be created by the typical English keyboard. To include these characters, make use of the unicode mappings.
