Conduct Separate Meetings with Groups (Process Notes 6.1.2)

This series of meetings involves the retrospective facilitator (or a team of facilitators if the project had many personnel) and the project management, developers, users, and clients in homogenous groups. The purpose is to understand that particular group's experience of the project.

During these sessions the facilitator might bring up points for clarification that have arisen as a result of his private reviews. Each group is asked for its input to add to or change the issues.
